Day 60 - Intervention
There have been many times in history when citizens intervened, using nonviolent action, to prevent a detrimental outcome in their communities.
Reflection
- Having the courage to intervene in a caring way with someone whose behavior is destructive can be lifesaving.
- Through your honest, direct and loving communication, we can encourage people to make positive changes.
Action
- What creative interventions to violence and aggression have you witnessed or heard about?
- Brainstorm some ideas about creative interventions you might use.
- Look for opportunities to creatively intervene today.
